Role and Membership
PATREC is governed by a Management Board representing its sponsoring universities and the Government of Western Australia. The Board has an independent chairman and meets three times per year. Adjunct Professor Stuart Hicks AO, BEc, FAIM, FCILT, FAICD, MIMC (Chairman) is Chairperson of the East Perth Redevelopment Authority, a member of the Australian Logistics Council and principal of Stuart Hicks Management Pty Ltd. He is also Chairman of the Advisory Board for the John Curtin Institute for Public Policy at Curtin University of Technology. He is a former Chairman of the National Transport Commission and Director General of Transport in Western Australia. Stuart also holds Adjunct Professorial appointments at Curtin University of Technology, Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University and The University of Western Australia.
Professor Linda Kristjanson is Deputy Vice-Chancellor Research and Development at Curtin University of Technology.
Professor Robert Harvey BEc(Hons), MBA is Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law and Pro Vice-Chancellor Equity and Indigenous at Edith Cowan University.

Mr Greg Martin PSM BEng(Hons), BCom, MS, Grad Dip (Urban Systems), FIE (Aust), FAIPM, FCILT, FAIM, MAICD, MPMI is the Executive Director of PATREC. He was formerly the Director General, Department for Planning and Infrastructure in Western Australia and prior to that WA Commissioner of Main Roads.
Tania Carter is the Business Manager of PATREC and Executive Officer to the Board.
